The Project
Every year CrossFit Rock Solid hosts a friendly competition between their Uniquely Abled athletes. It’s a day centered around connection, inclusion, and celebrating the incredible people who make up the disability community.
The Takeaway
This was my second year filming this event and my goal was to capture the true heart of it. Both years had me grinning from ear to ear watching and feeling how much fun everybody had, and all the moral support surrounding the entire room. This event screamed love and community.
